Cascade de la Roche

Cascade de la Roche is a small waterfall south of Cheylade in the region Auvergne/Cantal, France.
From Cheylade drive south to Le Claux (D62) and take the exit to the right (D262), the sign says “Cascades”. Drive past the big Cascade du Sartre until you reach a big parking at the lake (gps 45.188650, 2.706878). It is possible to walk from here, but you also can drive further for another 200 meter, to the next crossing, where you also can park your car (gps 45.189729, 2.704765).
Cascade de la Roche is located 50 meters east from the crossing. If you walk towards the river , cascade de la Roche must show up. There is a steep path down that can be very slippery, so be careful. There are even signs warning you for the steep and dangerous climb down (in French)
Cascade de la Roche is a nice 10 meter high waterfall.
