Starzlachklamm wasserfall

(Schleierfälle)

The Starzlachklamm wasserfall or Schleierfälle is a gorgeous waterfall after heavy rainfall. Water in the river Starzlach tries to find its way through the beautiful Starzlachklamm (gorge) and thunders down over 12 meter at the end of the gorge.

Even in dry periods the Starzlachklamm wasserfall is still a nice waterfall to see.

From the village of Sonthofen it is short drive to the several car parkings at the Starzlachklamm. From here it is a short walk to the waterfall.
