Cascada del Argualas
Cascada del Argualas is a a beautiful waterfall in the Spanish Pyrenees, not far from Biescas. Cascada del Argualas is located northeast of Panticosa at the lake in front of Baños de Panticosa, in the region Aragon-Huesca, Spain.
From Biescas drive north over road A136 to Panticosa center and here proceed following road A2606 to Baños de Panticosa. Here you can park the car. Cascada del Argualas is already visible but walking towards the upper parts of the waterfall will be rewarded with a great view on this powerful waterfall.
Cascada del Argualas is appr. 130 meter high and is fed by melted snow and melted ice from some small glaciers at the mountain Argualas (3.046 m). Best time to visit the waterfall Cascada del Argualas is early summer.
