Tschaukofall

(Tscheppaschlucht wasserfall)

The Tschaukofall waterfall is the highlight if the walk through the Tscheppaschlucht, a beautiful gorge, near Ferlach in the region Kärnten, Austria. Fee is required (open from may-october).

There are several small waterfalls in the Tscheppaschlucht but the Tschaukofall is the highest waterfall of all with a single drop of 26 meters. Over the Tschaukofall a suspension bridge provides a good view on the Tschaukofall.

Best time to visit the Tschaukofall is late in the morning-midday probably from the ned of May until July the water flow at its maximum.
