Bocny vodopad

Bočný vodopád is a small waterfall with a single drop of appr. 10 meter. Bočný vodopád is located  south west of Hrabušice. Along road 3223 there are signs pointing to Slovensky Raj/Podlesok.

The waterfall can be found in a 4 kilometer long canyon called Suchá Belá. There are 3 other waterfalls in the canyon: 1-st Misové vodopády, 2-nd Okienkový vodopád and 3-rd Korytový vodopád. Bočný vodopád is the last waterfall in the canyon.

The canyon is very popular and in summertime it is possible you have to line up for climbing at the ladders in the canyon. The walk is challenging, through small passages, over rocks and ladders along the river/waterfalls.

If you want to walk/climb all the way through the canyon, it is a 4 hour walk (13 kilometer).
