Cascade de la Piche

Cascade de la Piche is a nice waterfall near Refuge de l’Estrop ( Refuge Roger Carle), near La Combe (Prads Haute Bleone) in the region Alpes de Haute Provence, France.

The hike starts just outside La Favière. From La Favière there is a small dust road going to La Combe but is not all the way suitable for cars. From gps 44.243108, 6.469167 you have to walk.

Nevertheless, you have to walk into the valley following the river Bleone. On the way to Refuge de l’Estrop ( a small road) you pass cascade de la Pich.

A roundtrip is almost 17 km (7 hour) with an elevation of 900 meter. The walk ends at an altitude of 2.000 meter.
