Cascade de la Pisse (Ceillac)

Cascade de la Pisse is a multiple tired waterfall with a total height of 110 meters near Ceillac-Risoul in the region Rhone-Alpes/Hautes-Alpes, France.

Drive south from Briancon to Risoul over road N95. Near Risoul take the D902>D60 to Ceillac and Pied du Miezelet. The road ends at a big parking (gps 44.648829, 6.792292) from where you already can see Cascade de la Pisse at the right.

Near the Teleskicenter there is a small bridge over the river and a path going up. After a short climb you can go left to the bottom of Cascade de la Pisse. A really nice place to enjoy this powerful waterfall.

Early summer is the best time to visit Cascade de la Pisse, a waterfall fed by melted snow from the mountains and a small lake at the mountainside.
