Cascata de la Canavacia is an unknown but tall waterfall in Val Nambrone, near Pinzola, not far from Rifugio Nambrone in the region Trentino – Alto Adige (Südtirol), Italy.
When driving from Madonna di Campiglio to Pinzola take the exit to Val Nambrone. The road is very narrow and in bad condition. You have to drive carefully until you reach Rifugio Nambrone and a big parking lot (gps 46.205133, 10.752493). You can walk from here but you also can drive a little further until you reach a small bridge and a parking (gps 46.212939, 10.753983). This is the trailhead to Cascata de la Canavacia.
From the parking at the Nambrone bridge it is a 20 minute walk upstream the river. There is a trial at the right side (east side) of the river Nambrone. Near Cascata de la Canavacia you can cross the river and walk up to Rifugio Cornisello (2.20 m) to another (maybe better) viewpoint.
