Cascata dell’Alpenzu

Cascata dell’Alpenzu is a low volume waterfall near Tschemenoal in the region Valle d’Aosta, Italy.

Cascata dell’Alpenzu has most of the time a tiny stream, so I am not sure of it is really worthwhile visiting this waterfall. The waterfall is clearly visible from the roadside at the left side of the valley, just after Tschemenoal (gps 45.799873, 7.823051).

In wintertime Cascata dell’Alpenzu freezes and is very popular by ice climbers.
