Falbesoner wasserfall

The Falbesoner wasserfall is located at the end of the Falbesoner Ochsenalm high up the mountains at Falbeson/Stubaital, Tirol, Austria.

North of Falbeson there is a small mountain road going up to the Falbesoner Ochsenalm. I don’t think it is allowed to take the car, otherwise it is a firm and steep 2 hour walk.

Here the Falbesoner bach drops over a cliff and cascades down over 140 meter. In summertime when there is a lot of snow melting, very impressive to see.

There are more great waterfalls to see in the Stubaital that are easier to access. The biggest and most powerful one is the Grawa wasserfall, a glacier waterfall of 120-300 meter high.
