Falls of Bruar

The Falls of Bruar are situated at the house of Bruar, near Blair Atholl, eight miles north-west of Pitlochry, just off the A9 in Scotland (United Kingdom).

From the house of Bruar it is a short walk to the north until you reach the lower Falls of Bruar. There are signs but first walk under the railway and follow the stream. The walk lead through the forrest and along old bridges before you reach the upper Falls of Bruar.

Unfortunately water is extracted from the river for a power plant. The waterfalls used to be much more powerful.
