Burggrabenklamm wasserfall

The Burggrabenklamm is a gorge with a 40 meter high waterfall near the Attersee in the region Salzburg/Austria.

The source of the Burggrabenklamm wasserfall lies on the north and east side of the mountain where the Magdalenenquelle and Schwarzsee is situated. The water out of the Magdalenenquelle provides the Burggrabenklamm wasserfall with water.

In 2015 a big project ended with a large suspension bridge of 270 meters. Now you can walk through the magnificent gorge in 30 minutes. For a real hike you can go further to the Schwarzsee.

The entry of the gorge is situated at Burgau am Attersee and is easy to access.

Nearby you will find another nice waterfall called Nixenfall.
