Cascade des Anglais (Vernet les Bains)

Cascade des Anglais is a small waterfall near Vernet les Bains in the Pyrenees, France.

From Perpignan take road N116 towards Prades. From there follow the signs for Vernet les Bains. I can remember that there are small white signs for Cascade des Anglais/Gorges de St Vincent, pointing you out to a small road. At the end of the road you can park your car (gps 42.542680, 2.403595).

From the car park is a 30-45 minute walk to Cascade des Anglais, following the river Saint Vincent upstream. The trail is signed with small yellow boards.

First you pass another small waterfall cascade de St Vincent. In the early season, when there is enough water melting down from the mountains, a nice waterfall to see. In summertime it probably runs dry. This waterfall can be reached after appr. 30 minutes. 

Cascade des Anglais is located another 15 minutes upstream the river. Just follow the trail.
