Gjuvafossen

Gjuvafossen in the Allmannajuvet is a powerful waterfall in the river Storelvi, along one of teh most beautiful roads in Norway, road 520 between Sauda and Roldal.

Many people drive by the Gjuvafossen because it is difficult to stop on this part of the road and drivers have to pay attention to the road. The pictures we took are taken from a driving car….. Now you know this waterfall exists, there is a small parking just before the bridge over the Storelvi. From here you can view the beautiful surrounding where Storlevi runs through a deep gorge.
