Lofallfossen

(Løfallfossen)

The Løfallfossen is a waterfall in the river Sima at the end of the valley Simadalen. Actually the Løfallfossen is a waterfall downstream of the Rembedalsfossen. Unfortunately both waterfalls where to thin or to small to notice. Probably this is because of a power plant. I think in periods of extreme rain the waterfall is ready to be visited.

A little bit back into the Simadalen you will find the huge, powerful and impressing Skytjefossen. One of the best waterfalls in Hordaland you can visit. When standing in front of the fall you will feel how tiny and fragile people are. The water of the Skytjedalsvatnet thunders down with a great force over 410 meters.
