Trappstegsforsen

Trappstegforsen literally means stairs of waterfalls. The waterfall has several small cascades after each other with an elevation of approximately 10 meter.

Trappstegsforsen is located along the road from Vilhemina to Saxnäs (6 kilometer for Saxnäs). You can’t miss the Trappstegsforsen. There is a big parking and signs for the waterfall. There is also a small bar at the Trappstegsforsen but the bar isn’t always open.

There are several other nice waterfalls in the river Kultsjöå and the road along the river is gorgeous.
