Urfall

The Urfall is a nice waterfall south of Tannheim, near Schmieden, in the region Tirol, Austria.

From Tannheim drive south over a small road (L262) towards Vilalpsee/Schmieden. From the parking lot is a short walk to a viewpoint on the Urfall. The path is signed.

The Urfall drops down in two stages. The biggest fall is about 20 meters high and together with the upper part the total height is appr. 30 meters.

The Urfall falls towards the west-northwest and can best be visited in the afternoon.
