This year we went on holiday without our daughter for the first time, a bit of a strange feeling. Our ideal holiday is (almost) always a mix of waterfalls, swimming, visiting cities, street art and good food. We chose a holiday to ValleMaggia (Ticino-Switzerland) and the Achensee (Tyrol-Austria). In between I missed a few cities and Basel was on the route of the outward journey and Milan is close to ValleMaggia. Enjoying the sun, beautiful nature and culture in just over two weeks.
