Cascade de la Pisse (Les Fermonds)

Cascade de la Pisse near Les Fermonds-Champoléon (there are multiple waterfalls called la Pisse) is a nice unknown waterfall with a single drop of 40-60 meters. Cascade de la Pisse is located near Les Fermonds-Champoléon in the region Rhone-Alpes/Hautes-Alpes, France.

Between Grenoble and Gap (N85) drive east to Orcieres and before Orcieres go north to Champoleon. After Champoleon there is a small hamlet called Les Fermonds. Park your car here (gps 44.724581, 6.248363). From here a trail starts into vallee du Tourond at the north side of the river Tourond.

After 3 kilometers go right in the direction of refuge du Tourond. After a short climb up you have a great view (looking to the southwest) on Cascade de la Pisse. It is also possible to walk to the top of Cascade de la Pisse. From the viewpoint onto refugee du Tourond it is another kilometer to the top of the waterfall.
