Cascade du Dard is a tall waterfall near Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval in the region Haute Savoie, France.
Cascade du Dard can be found east of Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval. From the city centre follow the signs Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval. After 2 kilometer, when driving close to the river, you can see Cascade du Dard at the right side of the valley. At Le Molliet you can park your car (gps 46.068169, 6.805654) and cross the river by foot walking towards the waterfall. The path ends at the river Nant du Dard but you can walk up along the river.
I am not sure if you will get a better view. I liked the view when you see Cascade du Dard for the first time from the roadside.
There are more waterfalls named Cascade du Dard, but this one is certainly the highest. Although cascade du Dard isn’t very powerful it though a very tall waterfall with a single drop 0f 140-200 meters.
