Cascade du Terrail

Cascade du Terrail is a small waterfall near Gavarnie in the French Pyrenees. If you drive from Gavarnie to Gavarnie station (D923) you will drive by Cascade de Terrail.

Cascade du Terrail is a small waterfall with a single drop of appr 10 meters. The waterfall is not clearly visible, but it is easy to walk to Cascade du Terrail. There is a small parking along the road near cascade du Terrail (gps 42.734458, -0.029297).

From here walk towards the low volume river Ruisseau de Holle (no official trail) for a hundred meter. Here you should see Cascade du Terrail, especially early summer there must be enough water in the river.
