Heyárfoss is a waterfall in the Northwest of Iceland on a small peninsular with the mountain Reykjanesfjall. The river falls down over appr. 15 meters.
Heyárfoss can be found west of Reykhólar on Barðaströnd, just before the farm Skerðingsstaðir along road 607, a sideroad of road 60. You have to go a little off road (behind a farm) to see Heyárfoss.
A little bit further there is another small waterfall called Staðarfoss fed by the water of the Staðarvatn.
