Jøråfossen
Jøråfossen is a waterfall near Mysusæter and Kvam (Rondane) in the region Oppland in Norway.
From Otta drive into the Uladalen until you reach Mysusæter. From here it is a 8 kilometer walk, starting southeast into the Dungdalen and Frydalen. It is also possible to walk to the Jøråfossen from the campingsite Bjørgebu. Bjørgebu can be reached by car taking a road north at Kvam; signs are pointing to Kvamsfjellet or Peer Gynt seterweg.
Jøråfossen is a nice waterfall with a single drop of appr. 20 meters. I always thought it was higher: 80-140 meter, but I have to do some more research. Best time to visit the Jøråfossen is early in the summer.
