Polinikfall

The Polinikfall is one of the many waterfalls, south coming down from the mountain Polinik (2.774 meter). The Polinikfall is located north of Obervellach in the region Kärnten, Austria.

South of Obervellach there is a bridge crossing the river Moll, turn left after the bridge going to a camping site. From the (sport)camping site you can walk to the bottom of the Polinikfall. We were at the Polnikfall years ago, in May, but there was very little water in the river Wunzenbach.

Nevertheless, the Polinikfall is a nice waterfall when there is enough water in the river Wunzembach with a total height of 15 meters (visible).
