Pršjak Slap
(Prsjak Waterfall)
Slap Pršjak is a hidden beauty in the West of Slovenia. A side arm of the river Pršjak plunges down over 27 meters and ends in an emerald pool. Actually there are two cascades, the upper is about 3 meters high and the lower about 25 meters.
Slap Pršjak is located south of Dolenja Trebuša: From Tolmin take road 102 to Dolenja Trebuša. From there follow the signs to ?epovan and then take the road to the south, to Gorenja Trebuša. From there you have to find the road to Makuc, the starting point of the trail. Park the car at the auberge, there is a sign for the waterfall. The walk takes about 20 minutes.
