Sjöfallet

Sjöfallet used to be an awesome waterfall, but unfortunately they built a dam in the river Lule and several reservoirs were created. There is still a gorgeous waterfall left but not as high as it was. The national park is named after the waterfall Sjöfallet and is called Stora Sjöfallet.

Sjöfallet is located at the end of the road from the E45 to Stora Sjöfallet (at Vietas).
