Stoissen wasserfall is a nice waterfall near Saalfelden in the region Salzburg, Austria.
The walk to the Stoissen waterfall is considered as a very beautiful walk. The trailhead of the walk lies at the Parking Stoissengraben (gps 47.467687, 12.829385) along road B311 from Saalfelden to Lofer. It is a 2.3 kilometer walk to the viewpoint on the waterfall and the trail ascends slightly (50 meter). You just have to follow the river Weißbachl into a wide gorge with the name Stoissengraben. The beginning of the trip is easy but sometimes it is a little tricky. The walk is suitable for families with children. A return trip will take you 1,5-2 hours including taking pictures.
