Sutovsky Vodopad

Šútovský vodopád is one of the jewels (regarding waterfalls) in Slovakia. A nice veil of water is falling down over 38 meters creating one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Slovakia.

Šútovský vodopád is located in the valley Šútovska dolina (Malé Fatře), north of Šútovo in the region Žilina.

From Šútovo drive to Rieka where a big board is pointing to Šútovský vodopád. A small road but it gets you closer to the waterfall. After a few hundred meters there is a parking (parking fee?). From here it is a pleasant walk to Šútovský vodopád in 45-60 minutes.
