Cascata di Samolaco

Cascata di Samolaco is an unofficial named waterfall near Samolaco in the region Lombardia, Italy.

I was heading to Cascata della Val Febbraro, driving on roade ss36 near Samolaco, when I saw a waterfall far in the distance. I stopped at a  path along the road and took some pictures. The days before it was extremely bad weather in the region, so I don’t know if Cascata di Samolaco is always flowing, but at the time it a really nice waterfall to see.

I never heard of the waterfall and I can’t find anything on the Internet but is there for real. The river Lunga drops down over 60-80 meters in a perfect vertical stripe creating Cascata di Samolaco.
